I have always wanted to write about my passions, what interest me, what interests others, and sharing all of my thoughts with anybody I may reach out to! Knowing how fragile life is, I have a real passion for taking care of myself and enjoying the things that I love...we only have one life to live...that thought playing over and over again in my mind is how I tied that in to my fitness and diet routine.

One Life to Lift is truly my own little passion project. Animal welfare is going to be a part of this as it is extremely important to me and my wife! The picture above is Stephanie with Baby, a 25 year old resident of The Happy Herd Farm Sanctuary in BC!
